WHAT IS THE MEGRHYTHM STEAM EYE MASK?

This eye mask gently envelops your eyes and the surrounding areas with steam, pleasantly heated to approximately 40°C. The steam lasts for about 20 minutes. The thin, comfortable mask fits snugly over hardworking eyes. The steam soothes away built-up tension and provides relaxation. However, discontinue use of eye mask immediately if you feel it is too hot or experience other abnormalities. Available in lavender, citrus or unscented.

CAN I USE MEGRHYTHM EYE MASK SEVERAL TIMES A DAY?

There is no limit regarding the frequency of use of MEGRHYTHM EYE MASK. However, please stop using it in case you have a sense of discomfort or any other strange feeling on your eyes or the skin around your eyes.

IS IT OK IF I SLEEP WITH MEGRHYTHM EYE MASK ON? IS THERE ANY RISK FOR BURN OR RASH?

It is fine to fall asleep with MEGRHYTHM EYE MASK on. There is no risk for burn according to the MEGRHYTHM EYE MASK's product characteristics. However, you may sometimes feel the sheet after the end of heating rather hard. The eyes and the skin around the eyes are delicate sites. Therefore, please observe the condition carefully during use.

CAN I USE THE MEGRHYTHM EYE MASK ON AN AIRPLANE?

Please carry it with you as a part of hand-carry baggage. The heat element contains iron filings but it can be carried in the airplane. The sheet may sometimes swell more than usual when used on the airplane due to the difference of air pressure. However, you do not need to worry about blast. Please use it when you want to relax in the airplane.

CAN I USE MEGRHYTHM EYE MASK WHILE WEARING CONTACT LENSES?

Yes, you can use MSEM while wearing contact lenses.Please do not press down on the eyes through MSEM during use, and make sure to follow the usual hygiene rules for contact lenses.

I HAVE HAD LASER EYE SURGERY (LASIK SURGERY). IS IT OK FOR ME TO USE MEGRHYTHM EYE MASK?

You can use it. Please consult your doctor if you wish to use while still recovering from surgery.

CAN I USE THE MEGRHYTHM EYE MASK WITH MAKE-UP ON?

Yes, you can use MSEM with makeup on. However: ・Stop using it immediately in case you have any strange feeling on your skin.・MSEM may sometimes rub off makeup around the eyes. ・Please do not use MSEM in conjunction with a sheet-type cosmetic pack, because rubbing may be caused.
About permanent makeup: Since we do not have expertise in this field, please consult the cosmetologist who did the work.
About false eyelashes / eyelash extensions:We cannot recommend using MSEM in such cases.・If you can remove them easily, please remove them before use. ・If you cannot remove them, check care instructions before using the product. Consult the salon where they were fitted to check that steam and heat will not affect adhesives or curls.

CAN I USE THE MEGRHYTHM EYE MASK IN CONJUNCTION WITH A COSMETIC EYE MASK?

Please do not use them together. If you use MSEM with an eye pack, those two sheets may rub against each other and some physical irritation may sometimes be caused.

THE MEGRHYTHM EYE MASK IS SWELLING. IS THAT NORMAL?

The eye mask may sometimes swell if steam cannot escape properly when it is folded in two and placed on the table after use, or used under a low air pressure environment (in an airplane or on the mountain) or in a dry environment. The steam inside will escape gradually if you leave it for a while and it will not reach high temperature or blast. Therefore, please feel at ease.When you put the heating eye mask on your eyes, generated steam will be released out from the film wrapping the heating element, and the eye mask will hardly swell.
